Front to Back Leg Swing (L/R) on the wall (10 reps each leg)

Side to Side Leg Swing (L/R) on the wall (10 reps each leg)

Squat hold 2 X (:30sec)

“Bear Walk” (down & back)

Weakness Work (No Measure)
